Visited the bike shed yesterday with my family. We travelled from London and hired 4 bikes so that we could cycle the Viking trail. The first thing to say is that when I called on Friday I spoke to James who was really helpful. He reserved the bikes for us. When we arrived at the Margate station branch we were assisted by a young man called Bailey. He ensured that we had the right bikes, he cleaned and sanitised them all, and he made adjustments were needed and he also put up with me trying out three or four weeks before I finally settled on one! He were also able to borrow a helmet. All for a very reasonable price. Bailey also advised us on routes etc. He was very knowledgeable of the local area. All in all, we had an absolutely fantastic day, and the service delivered by the Bike Shed was really brilliant. I would highly recommend them. And thank you Bailey!

Got a problem with gears just minutes after starting a long trip round the Kent and Sussex coast. Called in here and they fixed it in seconds at a very reasonable price. Excellent service.
