The Big Screen store isn’t your traditional brick and mortar store. They offer top notch service with a personal touch that is rarely seen in business anymore. My local BSS has had the same two gentleman working there for the last 4 years. They know who me and my wife are, and they go out of their way to be supportive and dedicated to our needs when we’re in the market for electronics or furniture. My big screen TV, my living room set, my Bose sound bar and multiple Bose receivers have come from TBSS. This weekend we finally updated the furniture in our media room with the set that we have been admiring for the last 8 months. As always the service was spectacular and the price is always the best for their top tier furniture. My furniture arrives this week but here is some of my purchases that I made in the past that were absolutely perfect from buying to delivery! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

We shopped around and got out big screen TV, sound bar, couch, and TV stand at the Big Screen Store. The staff took time to explain to us the difference between various models of big TVs and helped us decide which model was best for us - and it was not the most expensive one but it was the right one for us. Would recommend to a friend and will shop there again.

From entering the Big Screen Store we felt at ease. Our sales representative (Ed) provided multiple TV options for our budget. He was so patient with our questions and stayed with us until we made a decision. Continuing after the sale, delivery and installation went off without a hitch. By the way, the two installation professionals were extremely helpful at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. Explaining how the remote works with our sound system was above and beyond. Thank you for the overall support throughout the purchase, delivery, and installation. We look forward to visiting again!

It's hard to go somewhere and find someone that actually knows about TVs anymore. Best Buy and some of the big box stores have people that are trained to touch on the bullets, but they generally don't know about TVs all that much. When I walked into the Big Screen store all their lighting is setup in a more realistic manner and the TVs are setup in such a way that you can actually compare them side by side. I had a great experience from walking in, to ordering, to receiving the TV. I had always avoided going here because I assumed their prices were higher. I should have actually looked into that earlier. There prices are basically the same as other places and their service is much better.
