Great experience for kids who enjoy sports. Well organized, good staff. My only dislike was the limited seating arrangements.

Some of the best AAU tournaments in town. Well organized and ample facilities. Parking is limited for big events and goes from free to a charge due to lack of parking. Need to arrive early if you d6want to pay for parking.

Volleyball Tournament starts at 8am. The line is about a half mile long..it is obvious that there is no coordination or cooperation to get people into the facility in a timely manner. We understand the times we live in but we have been to other tournaments elsewhere and we were in within 10-15mins. Cars are having to pull in between the line of patrons to get in. No parking attendants at all. Very disappointed as this is our first experience.

My son Jordan played today for the Kissimmee Allstar organization. While he was playing today he received a technical foul his first one ever. I as a parent was concerned because I discipline my son and I have zero tolerance for misbehavior. I went to the bench and asked him what happened, my son advised daddy I did not say anything. I waited for a timeout and got in the court in a non aggressive manner, I started to ask the referee and this big security guy comes out of the side and puts his hands on my chest telling me get of the court. I tell him sir I just want to ask a quick question to the referee, he says get out or I take you out. I believe that is not professional and there is a better way of handling these situations. The Big house is a big an awesome facility but if these incidents continue to happen it is a shame that it can run out of business. I could of caused a bigger scene as soon as he put his hands on me but I was respectful and professional. Thats the type of behavior that has to be shown around these kids, we cant just go touching or throwing people out without asking what’s happening. I would understand if a guy comes aggressive towards refs but I would never disrespect or talk down on any referee. I hope this message gets across the right person due to the manager supported the security guard and never showed interest in hearing my side of the story. My son currently plays with two organizations and we plan on not returning to the big house until that security member gets fired or disciplined.

This is a sport venue design to accommodate basketball and Volleyball tournaments. As well as weekly practice. Good staff capable of handling big crowds.
