Have been a few times, incredible customer care, great and friendly staff. Took the time to explain the changes to my bike whenever i got it repaired. 10/10

A great place to rent a cycle. Lots of choices. In and out quickly. They provide helmet, lock, tools, spare tubes and pump as part of the rent. Really nice service. I will be back. Thanks Paul. You made my day!

Gear cable snapped last wknd while doing a London to Wales bike Packing Audax trip. Fitted me in and got me on my way, also sorting several other fixes with minimum of fuss. Great service at a reasonable price. Saved my wknd, really top guys who were a pleasure to chat with ! Only wish they were my local bike shop :)

An excellent service. Prepared to go the extra mile to help out. Extremely satisfied. The only bike shop I will be going to from now on for servicing and repairs.
