The shop assistant that worked at Mac - I’m sorry I didn’t take their name: wore blonde hair up with beautiful makeup, tall with blue eyeshadow, showed me which eyelashes they were wearing as I had asked for the fullest ones. I was so happy with the customer service they gave me and I love the lashes. What a great member of staff, so sad I don’t recall their name. Thank you so much!

A range of stores, great for a day shop with lots of clothes stores and general shops with the lower ground floor having some food stops too!

Very clean and all brands have good stock variety. A lot of seating available. Apple store is good size and a lot of staff to help.

I do love shopping in Kingston upon Thames. It has such a great variety of shops and you can pretty much get everything you need
