Now reopened after the lock-down, this dog friendly establishment is still as good as ever although with reduced capacity and 2 hour slots. Table service and some outside seating. Helpful staff too.

(Was) One of our favourite pubs (until they made dogs unwelcome after 7pm) in Glasgow, extra cozy and no nonsense, drinks and nibbles no posh grub. A proper pub. Open fire, dog friendly(?) how a modern public house should be. Always jam packed, so get in early or be prepared to stand. Edit! - dogs not allowed after 7pm, you lose 5 stars ️ not impressed and will not be back You’re either dog friendly or you’re not.

Well organised, took our names at the door for track and trace, all staff wore gloves and masks and supplied table service for drinks. Otherwise, quite small but cosy, well run pub with friendly staff.

Just stopped by for a coffee and it turned out to be the best coffee I've had in ages. Dog friendly and no longer the dusty old man pub it used to be (that's probably further back in time than I care to remember)
