We have visited the pub on quite a few occasions and have been amazed at the wonderful gluten free dishes on offer. The service and staff are very friendly and we always come away very happy. Unfortunately on the off chance we called in for a quick bite for lunch the other day and were told that their chips are gf but are fried in the same fryer as the breaded Brie. I was so disappointed. I can’t fault anything else about the restaurant. If this could be rectified it would be wonderful for Coeliacs like myself. I wanted to come for steak and chips as a group of friends we brought had them on one of our visits and they said that it was the best they have ever had anywhere. I was so looking forward to having them on our next visit.

Had lunch here yesterday. We had a lovely lunch the menu very mixed. I can recommend the salmon. Staff very friendly , very welcoming and explained about the new rules. We felt very safe. Definitely will be returning.
Great food. Always has lots of vegetarian options too, and the options are not the boring typical options such as vegetable lasagne! Highly recommend.
Food ok but a little expensive for an out of the way pub. Very disappointed they had no Herefordshire cider available, especially as they are surrounded by apple orchards.
Very accommodating and welcoming staff, working well under new circumstances. The menu is inclusive, offering vegan and vegetarian dishes along with traditional and classic pub fare. The large garden was lovely on a summer evening. The lack of any local cider was disappointing given the location.
