I have made 3 orders from the Belgian Beer Company over the last 3 months and each time the experience has been excellent from the ordering process which is slick and simple, to the delivery service through DpD which is fast and keeps you informed all the way to your delivery with a really friendly driver, right through to drinking their excellent products - a wide and varied range at great prices. I am looking forward to my 4th order!!!

Have been using The Belgian Beer Company since April and never had an issue. Very good and fair prices, great range of products. Sam is always very helpful with enquires regarding shipping or produce.
Good selection of beers though I have places two orders but received only one of them. The only phone number is a premium one and when calling it I reach a voicemail, not great customer service. I have also sent an email but not response yet. Overall the website doesn't give a very good user experience and seems to have been developed by intern students. I also have concern about the security behind it, the session never expires therefore I would be really concerned storing my card details on my profile, wouldn't be surprised either if the passwords were not encrypted in the database.
Excellent selection of craft beers - all my favourite Belgian brews. Helpful staff / good follow up of courier delivery. Overall very satisfied with this supplier.
