I regularly used The Bee Hive before the pandemic and it was always a welcoming place with great service and great food. Since the lockdown's started we have used the take-away service, it is testament to John and his staff that they have continued to produce the same great food and still be a focal point for our community

Excellent really authentic tasting Thai food at a price every pocket can afford. Would advise to book as can get busy, please be careful where you park as narrow lane is used by the local bus.
My partner and I had dinner at The Beehive on a whim and we're very glad we did! The pub is cosy and homey with a well stocked bar. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was of a good local. The Thai food was restaurant quality. My mixed starter was generous and my partner's salad was fresh and aromatic. My pad Thai main was delicious, with plenty of egg and prawns, and my partner's salt and pepper ribs were large and tender. The sticky toffee pudding was more of a toffee sponge cake but went down well anyway. I'd recommend The Beehive for casual dining or drinks.
First place we visited for a meal after lockdown and we were not disappointed. Called beforehand and reserved a table for 2, greeted by smiling staff, shown to our table straight away, shared Thai fishcake and prawn crackers as a starter, then had a Chicken Pad Thai and a Prawn Pad Thai. Served quickly and piping hot, very tasty food. Good service, friendly staff, cold lager, superb food, very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend, we will be back, thank you Beehive Glossop
Great selection of gins. The staff and landlord really friendly and helpful and food was good. Only downside for me was that the TVs were on with football. Hence 4 out of 5 stars.
