Had lunch here today with my wife. I had hot smoked salmon for starters and seafood chowder for main. Both meals really nice and chowder full of king prawn, smoked haddock, cod and potatoes - see photo. Although my wife got the wrong light bite she was given the opportunity to change it but it was also lovely as she had spicy chicken in focaccia bread instead of chicken and bacon. Staff are training here as part of their college qualifications and prices and perhaps any errors should be taken cognisance of. Having said that all staff were very helpful and professional and our food was just lovely.

I continue to have lunch here as it is top class food prepared by chefs, trainee chefs and excellent table service. Waiting time for after ordering averages 12 mins. Prices are about normal for a descent lunch. Really worth the visit.

Excellent food at very inexpensive price as this is a training venue for catering/hospitality students. Nice decor, clean and comfortable. Good spot for business lunches also as plenty of space between tables. Accessible for all.
