We purchased a mattress from the Bed Factory between lockdowns. They had excellent Covid measures in place and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us purchase the right mattress. Unfortunately within a few weeks we had a slight problem, but I can't fault their response and the mattress is to be completely replaced with a new one. It's so pleasantly refreshing for an issue to be dealt with so quickly and professionally and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Nice young lady was helping me to try 3 mattresses. I was looking for a good firm quality and I decide for a 375 model, fair price for good quality - delivery time was announced early than 4 weeks as they estimated, in 2 weeks I will have at home. And yes they have a delivery service included in the price.
