The Best! Me and my friend booked appointments to go here the other day but accidentally messed up our dates. We explained to the staff our mistake and they were completely understandable and Basia even stayed later for us so we could both be seen to on the same day. The customer service is excellent and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Even during COVID the atmosphere of the salon is amazing, they always play the best movies! The PPE is also incredible so safety is no concern even in the current climate. The quality of the nails are incredible! Basia is extremely talented and I highly recommend! They also offer fantastic nail art that can be seen on their Instagram.

Not impressed, I’ve been getting my nails done every month for a couple of years, I’ve tried this new place because I’m new in Cardiff and it was disappointing. Awkward silence for 30 min, no cuticle work and she applied 2 thick layers of nail varnish only giving me 5 min to dry, then she applied the top coat and 5 min later told me that was enough. It clearly wasn’t, this is the result a few hours later.
Another fabulous appointment having my braids done. The staff are so polite and welcoming xx
I love the Beauty Lounge experience every time I visit. They have the most amazing, friendly and helpful staff and Basia is the best nail technician I’ve ever had! She is amazing! ️
Had braids for the first time and I am absolutely in love with them. All the staff were so lovely and made me so welcome. Will defo be returning!! Xx
