Very disappointed with an individual eyelash course I had in August. I was completely struggling with applying lashes and even asked for a new training lash. By the end of the practical I did not have many lashes on my training lash and was clearly struggling compared to others in the class. But was given no attention or help. I was just asked to practise. I asked for help on a number of occasions but was not paid attention to - almost ignored. Instructor could see I was not confident by the end of the practical or successful but did not care.

I have had an amazing experience the beauty academy. I have had Gigi as a tutor for eyelash extentions and she is a great teacher. I have completed the 3 day makeup course with Lisa and she is a amazing teacher. I would recommend this academy to anyone who wishes to complete a course.
The best training I've had by far! The staff are lovely and friendly, they answered all my questions. The lady I had to teach me acrylics was amazing! 3 people have tried to teach me acrylics but I could never grasp the concept. 1 day at the beauty academy and the lady has taught me acrylics!! I'm so happy and will be continuing my beauty training with the beauty academy Would highly recommend!
I just done a manicure and pedicure course with Lisa my tutor she is a wonderful tutor very experienced and knowledgeable. She was so kind and caring and done everything and more that you would expect took her time to work with each person individually and worked very hard to make sure we all understood what we needed to do. She answered all questions . She was so amazing I felt so comfortable I wasn't nervous at all and can't wait to go back for for thank you Lisa for a wonderful experience xx
Lisa has been absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and approachable. Always offering advice and guidance. In addition to training us she also gave us valuable advice based on her experience in the industry. Excellent teaching style providing a great learning environment.
