I attended Classic &Russian Volume course both delivered by Fleur which is the most competent and patient instructor one could ask! She makes sure that you leave from her class not only witha full bag of knowledge but with your confidence uplifted as well! They have serious reduced the class size from 12 to only 6 students so that we can feel safe and follow the gouvernment guidance, sanitiser was all over the place. Will definitely book future courses!

Yesim P: I can not express how friendly and professional staff are at The Beauty Academy. My first course was the classic lash extension with Yazmin at the King’s Cross branch. It was amazing from start to finish. She was professional, easy to talk to and most importantly made me feel very comfortable. I managed to pick up the process with confidence thanks to Yazmin. I booked my hybrid and russian extension courses with Mandy via phone. What a sweetheart! Not only did she find me an amazing deal she was so helpful and so kind. Tutors are great but management and administration is not adequate for the money I'm paying. Administration has been messing around with me since I ordered the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage. Firstly, they didn't approve my booking dates when I 'fixed' them and eent to my first course the tutor didn't even know about my existence. Then due covid I was obviously not able to continue with the course and I had all of my dates cancelled until June being told they may reopen in August, ehich I never was contacted about. Earlier today when I seeked assistance from their support team via email I was told I wouldn't be able to receive a refund. By law, every company is supposed to order some sort of a refund if not in full then partial. They also mentioned that I cancelled my course in June when they were the ones who cancelled me. My reasons for leaving the course are that I don't want to risk my health and the health of my loved ones and that I am fed up with their poor management. All I want is to get some kind of a refund as I paid a lot and didn't even get a response on my second email. On the other side their teachers are lovely and very professional !
I recently did a massage course at the kings cross academy and I couldn't fault it! The tutors were really helpful and friendly. The tutors made me feel very comfortable as I was a male and wondered how it would work - but it was really great and I learnt so much! Other schools I looked at didn't even accommodate for males! I've just now upgraded to my full VTCT qualification with them and I can't wait to complete it! Thank you so much!
I had an amazing experience there, the teacher was great and I could learn everything needed. Sure will be back for more courses.
