Ordered online but received no confirmation. Went in to inquire July 2020. No social distancing being observed. No-one even acknowledged me. Phoned up to then be told they don't do online ordering, even though I recreated the order online while I was speaking to them. Was eventually informed I had an 'attitude'. That's OK, plenty of other businesses happy to take my money.

Well we're do i start with this place. Sales service was good to start with but its what came after taking your money. I spent alot of money in this bathroom store but the after sales care was appalling. The manager of the shop turned into a very rude aggressive and arrogant man. The way he spoke to me when I needed refunds on some items was disgusting he shouted and swore down the phone at me threatened me and only gave me half the money back on items that I had paid full price for. He dosent care how he talks to you once he has taken your money he will speak to you in a very rude manner in front of customers which I experienced and I had to apologise to customers for the way he acted the way he also speaks to his son who works for him is also appalling I dont know how he stands for it. I will never enter that shop again or recommend while he is still running it i still don't know how he is running it when he is the way he is. Please if you have any sense think twice before purchasing anything from there and especially if you need to return items that are not suitable.
Great service. Member of staff ( sorry didnt get your name) very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Guided through the whole experience of choosing a new bathroom. Would recommend.
Messaged through facebook about tiles for the bottom of chinchilla cage to help them keep cool and for easier cleaning overall they were very helpfull finding what i needed against sizes i need went to pick up again very helpfull and got a great deal. Very friendly chaps thanks again
