Absolutely beautiful pub, nice staff and easy service. Came on bank holiday weekend just for a quick drink. We didn't book ahead but I definitely would if its a busy time. Wash shown to our table and clearly explained how to order through an app. Was given a 5 coupon as well which was great! Had a good variety and nice microbrews which I definitely would recommend over the standard lagers that you get everywhere. Drinks came very quickly and served with a smile. A nice open pub, clean seats and nice decor and vibe. Felt plenty of space between tables and overall an amazing atmosphere.

Considering that I visited the place during the peak of the pandemic, the staff made me feel very confident to sit inside and enjoy my drink. The pre-booking for tables followed by meticulous wipe-downs after each customer, and every server and staff adhering to cleanliness guidelines and using proper personal protection to protect the customers and themselves are all fantastic. The nachos were fabulous but a bit overpriced, while the drinks were perfectly priced and refreshing. Overall, a good experience for friends, families and even the occasional lone visitor.
Great quality food. Very Covid-19 safe. All orders placed via the City Club app. Service was prompt and staff were helpful and friendly despite the very welcomed requirement of mask wearing. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic Sunday roast! Francis and team serving today were excellent and really friendly. The food was impeccable and hard to believe we managed to get a table with the food this good. Keep it up guys!
Great brew pub, I was impressed with the number of beers on cask and draught. Did small samples so my husband and I could taste all the in house beer. Wish we had more time there but had to catch a train. Will definitely stop again next time in town.
