Absolute delicious sunday roast with freshvegetables and Yorkshire pud.. Beef is cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth.. Slow roast pork belly is superb also...Highly recommend..And lovely environment...

Not cheap but quality was very good. We were cramped on a small round table and when we asked if we could move we were told we couldn't even though some of he larger tables were never taken (?) Not the quickest service but that didn't matter as the food was exceptionally well presented. The staff we met were polite and pleasant enough.
Really disappointed, ordered two sandwiches and two drinks. The sandwiches took over 50 minutes to arrive in which time many other people who'd arrived after us had received their food. At nearly an hour we left, they did take the drinks off the bill, but having a sandwich and some crisps in a box with a 50 minute wait wasn't what I'd come for unfortunately. The sandwiches were nice and I do love Alder Carr farm, but this visit was very disappointing.
Arrived for lunch, nice setting. Ordered flat white and a BLT. Coffee served just warm and the bacon in the blt was barely cooked resulting in a very greasy panini.
Nice atmosphere and the food is great. Staff nice and pleasent whilst the prices are reasonable.
