Stopped off here when on a walk along the canal. Ordered a baguette and baked potato and two drinks. We sat outside under the awning. Food was lovely, little expensive but worth it. Went during the COVID 19 restrictions, pub was well organized and plenty of space between tables. I'd imagine it's lovely on a summer day as the garden is huge!

Good food and well kept beer but is more like a restaurant than a pub. Still a good pint

My wife, 2 year old daughter and myself had a nice dinner and a couple of drinks when staying in cosgrove park. A nice short walk to a proper old fashioned country pub with decent pub grub. Would certainly come back. Barstaff were friendly. What more could you want?

My favourite pub I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Lovely location, perfect to walk your dog before or after as it’s located right next to the canal. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating, I think the only downside is that they only serve food at certain times. Other than that, we usually only go in for a drink and some peace and quiet so it’s perfect for us. Pleasant drive through the countryside from New Bradwell to get there too! Can’t recommend enough, you’ll have a fantastic time. You can pay by card, it’s reasonably priced and they have pickled eggs behind the bar!

Lovely pub with a great menu. More of a restaurant than a pub, but has a nice selection of beers and wine. A mature kind of pub that is tucked away in a picturesque village. Visit with confidence.
