Small campsite at the side of the pub. Limited range of drinks available due to covid, but the beers and ciders that had were fine. We ate in the pub, basic menu but we all enjoyed the food and had empty plates. Back to the campsite, if you are looking to go to bed at 9pm and expect a quite night this isn't the place for you, if, however, you enjoy sitting around a fire pit enjoying the sounds of the buzz of a campsite this is definitely for you. It wasn't excessive noise at all, mainly just people chatting and playing music that wasn't pumping around the site. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Absolutely brilliant pub, traditional classic style, spacious etc. Food great and good value, staff lovely. Welcoming with lovely ambience. Very lovely setting on the canal, fun crowd of people (who were socially distancing). All the Covid measures perfectly implemented and unobtrusive.

Staff helpfull can't do enough for you. Food well what can I say, excellent serving menu of the day home made. Fish and chips best have tasted for a long time. Cheese cake mouth watering. Thank you made the day

Great friendly pub with good food and interesting selection of beers. It's worth making a visit just to see the brilliantly amazing painting on the walls and ceiling of the pool room. COSMIC CENTRAL with all of the local ancient landmarks. TRUE GENIUS
