The barber was under a little pressure with a few customers waiting. He called me in to take a seat and told me not to dawdle! I've never been spoken to like that before! To make matters worse, he then continued to chat with his pal for the duration of the haircut. The only reason I'm not giving him a one, is that he did a good job.
