I visited here with my work team as part of the eat out to help out.. Firstly the staff were very friendly and accommodating and we had good service throughout. Food was amazing and best of all, due to the current offer, we only paid 20 a head for main meal and drink and including a tip! Would definitely visit again for the great food.

The first time I went to The Banyan Tree for a sit down meal, they forgot our mains and I waited for over an hour before staff realised and soon brought it out after admitting to losing our order. I've ordered a takeaway tonight which we place via Uber Eats at 6.20pm which should have taken an hour for delivery. After a few phone calls later we finally got our food at 9.10pm with a 4 delivery fee and we are only 1 mile away. Our large rice was less then 1 portion size. The mixed kebab was a joke for the price. We had a piece of chicken the size of your thumb nail... the garlic and cheese nan had no cheese on it. This is also the first Indian EVER, we had no free popadoms with our order. You would of thought they would have sorted us out considering we had waited almost 3hrs for our order. Yes I should have phoned up and complained however we were so hungry we didnt care anymore. The food wasn't even that great. It was luke warm and disappointing. I wont be going back there. Absolute joke.
