Food delicious but was not greeted on arrival. No desert menu available and after waiting ages eventually called a staff member over for tea and coffee. No one asked if our meal was OK or if we'd like another drink. No one said goodnight or thank you. It wasn't busy. New venue was lovely.

A fabulous night. So glad we ventured here, the menu was varied, the decor fabulous and the service spot on. Tasty food and white wine, would definitely recommend!
Amazing customer service. Fantastic authentic Indian food, with a relaxing atmosphere. We had a great evening out for mothers day and would reccomend to anyone.
I used to use the Balti all the time when it opened in the mid '90s and the food and service were truly terrific. Nav, the owner, then left others in charge to concentrate on opening other restaurants and the standards swiftly declined although they still charged \top dollar\. I stopped going there as they were just living on their old reputation and not providing value for money. Last week, I tried one of their takeaways and although it wasn't brilliant, I suppose it was okay. Tried to order another tonight for my wife to try using their online service. Told delivery would be 1hr 40mins. Not a good start. When it failed to arrive I telephoned and was told the order hadn't been processed and would be at least another hour. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and made sandwiches instead. Sorry to see what used to be an excellent restaurant descend to being less than mediocre.
