If I could leave zero stars I would. On the day of collection, the balloon was deflated. Not only did she make me return the balloon, pretended to not be in and then kept the damaged balloon without any refund, concession or replacement leaving me with a highly disappointed birthday girl. Ridiculous service and frankly downright rude.
