Bought some golden wedding anniversary balloons for my mum and dads anniversary off Ebay. Went into card factory and asked if they would inflate them for me of course I was willing to pay for it but they totally refused to help. Popped into this lovely shop they couldn't have been more helpful did a lovely display for me and saved the day. 5 star customer service and would definitely go here again
