Ordered an item on Friday 10th but despite it saying next day delivery I didn't get the item until late on the Tuesday 14th!! Rang on the Monday to cancel order as I hadn't had it and they said I couldn't. Refunded me product cost but the whole experience cost me over 10 including return of item. The vat wasn't fully refunded they charged me delivery vat. Buyer beware!
