A friend and I popped in on the off chance, having been unable to find somewhere to park further down the coast. I am delighted we stopped here, the place is a delight. Friendly, good food, well kept beer garden. Sadly no proper beer on when we went, but this was soon after they reopened. That aside it's well worth a trip and the soft drinks were fab and sensibly priced for the quality. I plan to return.

This place is wonderful. Dog friendly, run by two great guys who offer excellent, friendly and high class service. They are coping well with demands of Covid, but still maintaining their sense of humour, and did I mention the food? The food is lovely and tasty, well presented and made with great attention to detail by their young chef. I wish they were nearer. Booking is a necessity.
Great pub really warm and welcoming with great ale and fresh crisp lager. Also there is a great air bnb opposite, a huge cottage, great place to stay with the extended family. You can be sure to have a great time they're too. Made some great memories with the family in hinderwell. The chippy is fantastic too!!
Great dog friendly pub! The landlords are very welcoming and the pub is beautifully decorated. Good selection of ales, lagers guns etc. Didn't try the food but from what we saw the portions are generous. Will visit again when we are in the area. Cannot recommend enough
New and refreshing, caters for all types. Dog friendly. New chef with great choice of food. Nothing to much trouble.
