Although the food is excellent, the bar staff are awful. We went last week and were met by a very sullen bar tender, but today was even worse - the barman (who may also be the manager?) was downright rude to my son for no apparent reason. The company really needs to get the staffing sorted out if they want people like us to visit. One staffing positive, however: the waiting staff delivering the food to the table have been polite and friendly.

Very well organised staff polite table service is good. Make sure you have the app on your phone save time as this is the only way to order anything Food was okay but for the burnt onion bhaji
TERRIBLE - The staff need a wake up call. They have no clue how to treat customers, shouting at customers and interrogating them... thought this was a spoons not a prison. I don’t understand where they get the confidence to talk to people in that manner, most of them think they are bouncers - focus on your job and pour me a proper pint next time. (Ps. The only staff member I can thank is Shanon hope your reading! Your the only person who doesn’t make it feel like Guantanamo) Advice: Get some new staff who don’t hate their lives and inflect that pain on the customers!
Usual good value food and drink. Covid safe.
