Just recieved my worm castle kit today. It included everything the worms need, including the worms so I was able to set it up right away. The instructions were very clear and helpful. I had some issues with the post, but Peter was really great to deal with. He took the time to chase up the package with Australia Post and ended up sending me out a new kit, which arrived in less than a week. Overall very happy with product and service!
