First of all, he went out of his way to accommodate us which was great. And most importantly the food was incredible. We had the jerk chicken thighs with rice, beans and slaw. The flavours were amazing and the portions huge. Can't wait to try more from the Aussie smoker!

The rub really works if combined generously with yoghurt and the meat left in the fridge overnight to marinate. Once you’ve baked It, depending what it is, slather ( my choice) it in the BBQ sauce and stuff your fat face. Fabulous!
Visited The Aussie Smoker at his pulled pork pop up at Dynamite Valley Brewing Co. I'm so glad I made the trip, it was absolutely delicious. The pulled pork in a bun was brilliant, succulent and melt in the mouth soft. The smoked flavour and seasoning was beautifully executed. I also had the no bacon beans, brilliant flavour for a no meat recipe, my wife's actually asked me to try replicate them (I'll try and probably fail badly ) Highly recommend giving it a go, if I lived in the area I would definitely be coming back regularly and consider booking for future events.
Wow, wow, WOW! PEOPLE LISTEN UP! This stuff is amazing! The moment the chilli jam passed my lips I felt I’d landed in food heaven and knew I was in for something special. I had a little chilli jam with the super delicious vintage cheddar whilst waiting for my pulled pork to heat up. I wish I’d ordered more - of everything - for gifts, to serve at casual or formal dinners with friends and family and to have an endless supply for myself. … oh and Adam himself is a very fine true blue Aussie bloke. I’ll be a happy regular customer going forwards. Thanks again Adam!
Adam was the caterer on the Thera-sea weekend retreat I attended. The food was spectacular (I'm vegan and never once felt like I was missing out) and Adam has a really nice calm and friendly presence. Adam's very passionate about what he does and it shines through in the meals he creates. Every single one of us left with very happy tummys.
