The cottage we stayed at (Torbeg Farm Cottage) was beautiful. Fresh and clean, decorated with an artistic eye and very well equipped. Comfortable beds and sofas. The booking system was simple to use, the Arran Team were friendly and helpful (I added two more guests and a dog onto my booking about a month before we stayed and that was done very simply with a phone call) and key collection was easy. And we loved the Island, too.

Had a problem with the aggressive owner of the cottage we rented (Woodlea Cottage 2) and Jane the manager sorted it out with no fuss. She was professional and didn' t try to fob us off. This we appreciated. She understood the problem straight away and dealt with it. This was a second booking with The Arran Team and we have 100% trust in them.
We booked a cottage through the A team thia year. They were friendly upon arrival and very helpful when we had to report an issue at the property. Will use them again in future years to book. They are located only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry, round the corner from the Co-op. Thanks for making pure holiday great. Unfortunately we for stuck in Brodick heading to our cottage so the only fault I could find was that there wasn't an (emergency) lift to the property.
