My husband brought our Pac-Man game to be repaired. Zack told him he would get in the back of the truck to check it out before my husband attempted to unload it. He fixed a switch and replaced a fuse and had the game working great without ever moving it. He hooked an extension cord up to make sure it was good to go and sent my husband on his way with no charge! I have since been enjoying playing the game, a little to much, But thank you so much for your awesome expertise and generosity. I will recommend this place when I have the opportunity.

Amazing customer service and knowing the guy that actually owns this place I can tell you that he will do the best of his ability to satisfy you need.
My son dropped my phone and it did not break my screen but LCD was not working. I went to arcade factory and talked to a guy behind the front desk. He gave me two possibilities and said to wait about 15 min. to find out what is wrong. Before he finished telling me everything I hear a voice from behind the wall saying \it's fixed!\. I could not believe it! I know it was an easy fix but still 2 min(???) Very happy. I do not want to go back, since it means something is broken, but I will when needed. Thanks again.
Dudes sold me an original Robotron: 2084 board and it was priced reasonably. They also let me look around their shop and check out what they had going on and chatted throughout. Cool guys.
