Bought my first rod from here years ago, decided to get back into fishing recently and I needed a decent starter reel, dez was super helpful in picking a reel for me and didn't try any of the usual sales type person thing and try get me to spend more and more just enough to get me what I needed, sadly the crank arm came off phoned them and he's replacing it, so all in all if you need great help trust worthy sales man and great knowledge go to the store fantastic service.
