A lovely pub very well decorated. The staff were helpful and attentive. Portion sizes were very generous for the price. Food was very tasty and well presented. Also felt like a very safe en with plenty of space between the tables.

Lovely pub in a great location. Has outdoor seating. Sadly no service between 4-5:30. It would have been nice at 3:40 when we sat down to be made aware of this, so we can still order in quickly before the break. Fish and chips were tasty, according to the waiters the fish were freshly caught.

Service good, food great, choice of drinks great, all I needed was a place to sit and eat with a view, I got that too. I have been down to L&L a hundred times but never eaten here, good vibe, I will return again

we had a rather mixed experience. service was terrible, it literally took 1h and several reminders to get our starters. the bill had mistakes and had to be sent back. as for the food, the lamb kidneys and sardines for starters were tasty, but ridiculously small. for the mains, sausage and mash was great but the fish pie was just mash. passable experience overall, but would not return
