We came here for the cobs and although members of a group said they were not as impressive as they used to be, they were still good, and great value, with huge slabs of cheese and beef bursting out of the cobs. Good selection of ales, and although busy, the girl on the side door and the bar and kitchen staff made short work of getting our orders to us quickly.
