Great service and really amazing food. The plates came piping hot and our group of four were very satisfied. We've had soup of the day (French onion soup) which was delicious! Both veggie and beef lasanias were great as well as burgers. Food was fresh. We've sat outside on a garden, it has plenty of space there.

Reserved over the phone and my details were taken for track and trace. Tables were positioned adequately. Didn't notice hand sanitizer but I wasn't looking for it as I had my own. Tables cleaned straight away once people had vacated their seats. Food was delicious. Adults chose Fish and chips, while kid wanted to try burger as they've never had one before! Kid enjoyed and said it was yummy . Staff friendly although they were extremely busy. If you do reserve a table, please turn up or phone to cancel, so someone else can enjoy a meal in this superb pub!
Good selection of beers, ciders and wines. Friendly, helpful local staff. The specials menu board is an inspiration of choices with high quality fish dishes, though standard cheaper menu options are available. A gem of a find. Will be back when next in Sidmouth.
Great pub with friendly welcoming staff. Food was very good and home cooked with great portions. Huge menu choice. Nicest meal we have had in the area and so much so going back tomorrow.
Great specials board and all meals homemade using local produce. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Very good value for money and centrally located.
