The Alyn Riverside Country Pub

A beautiful riverside gastro pub with seating inside and out. Great selection of gins to discover and cosy seating. The food was tasty but unfortunately didn't try a dessert as I was a little too full.

Enjoyable evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit. 8 February 20. Visited the Alyn again this and had another enjoyable evening. This establishment is a nice family venue and I should Imagine that when the weather improves it will be nice to sit outside by the river.

The staff service was a bit slow, we had to seat ourselves. But the food was beautiful I had the slow roast lamb shank and I cant recommend it enough it was delicious. There is also an outdoor dining area that overlooks the river that can be used on nice days, very pretty and scenic. Would visit here again.

Decent sized carpark in the back with extra parking nice touch. The interior is old, and so is the clientele, the place smells like my nans house and the decor needs to be updated. There was a long wait in a very quiet bar. My fish was slightly under cooked, should have been golden. Chips are good. Won't be making an extra effort to come back

Had a wonderful meal on Thursday night. Steaks were cooked perfectly & homemade onion rings the best ever. Service was excellent, very friendly, helpful staff. We have eaten here a few times now & always had amazing food. Looking forward to our next visit.
