Hello I had the pleasure of visiting your establishment yesterday (2nd September). I was incredibly impressed with the experience. The food and beverages were of excellent quality. All the staff were highly professional and attentive. I would like to single out one employee. His name is James. He was a great host and worked tirelessly the whole time I was there. I watched him for a while. When not serving or greeting and seating new customers he was always busy sanitising any vacated seats and tables. He kept the operation running smoothly and it was a joy to be served by him. My experience was a very happy one, and James played a big part in this. Well done all round. Keep up the good work. Stumbled upon this hidden gem with my mom while walking around after sightseeing at the Clifton Suspension Bridge. It was nice and cozy even on a rainy afternoon just like how a British pub scene should be. The staff were friendly and their toilet is immaculate. Had their Albion Burger but I have to say that it's a 7/10. They seem to have a wide range of drinks too. Will definitely visit again when I come back and maybe have some drinks this time.

I love this pub. They have the usual (if you ask me, daft) restrictions at the moment, but they're not as onerous and convoluted as most places. They have great beer on tap, including Corev, a lovely Cornish lager, lovely decor, great food, including an excellent Sunday roast, indoor and outdoor seating, very friendly and hardworking staff, and being nestled at the end of an alley creates a good atmosphere. Definitely my favourite bar in Clifton.

Just the best place to eat and drink we have found in Bristol so far. Great choice of drinks, food menu to die for, and all great value. Staff really on the button with helpful hints, and the pub is so clean and tidy. Loved this place.
