Multiple home visits to estimate cost and then survey where to install, with detailed project plan provided before install date set. Various options provided and I was consulted at all stages. Neat install job.

The Air Conditioning Company were excellent to do business with for my fitted unit which works perfectly. They had great customer service and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great above my TV, perfectly symmetrical. After an initial mix up with them receiving the wrong colour order (I changed my mind on black/white after the initial order so it was an easy mixup) they quickly rectified it and got the correct one sent immediately over. After installing it they realised the power point outside wasn't stable enough and so they also neatly installed a new power point externally to the house in a tidy manner. They also ensured a clean finish (making good where any paint was effected although they were very careful to protect the decorations. All in all I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would definitely recommend them highly. The air conditioning unit doubles up as a heating unit too so it can add benefit all year round. In the height of summer when I had the unit on it actually managed to cool not just the room it is installed in, but the adjacent room too when I left the door open which was a lovely bonus given the heat wave we had. When I have the budget to do so I would be keen to get air conditioning in the bedroom too now that I have had the taste of it! Highly recommended and worthwile investment if you are looking to improve your comfort.
