Rob was great, we quickly got an appointment and when we needed a follow up he was there within 24 hours, not only resolving what we’d asked but also sorting another job out for us on the spot. Rob was professional and worked very efficiently and tidily! He also took his shoes off every time he walked in to the house - I wish everyone did that

Rob has been incredibly professional from the moment I contacted him regarding our internet connection.
