I went there in mid june. The overall place is great. There is a decent swimming, not too good. The vibe is good especially its trees and greenery are great. Indoor games are also available and snooker was broken. There are also some animals and we enjoyed alot here as we stayed there for 2 days. The only thing I liked less was that there was problem of water, at nearly 1 AM water ran out and then it came at 7AM, the washrooms were not so clear and the first washroom wasn't working fine.
its really good place to visit
It was our first time @ Usmani Farm and it was good. We all (Office Employees) enjoyed alot. It was spacious and very much green with some fruit trees. The only thing which we liked less and the only reason of 1 point less is the swimming pool, it was only 4 feet deep i believe. Never the less overall experience was good.

I heard that the Usmani Farm House is perfect place for kids. Also childern can play in a safe area equipped with outdoor toys, swings there and my brother in law told me told that the area of barbecuse and the playground of children's are safe and for everyone I love to visit soon with my family.
