Order arrived late and lukewarm!Also had a rice missing from our order,when i called to say about this the person hung up on me,tried calling back but no one answered.Rude and very impolite we will not be ordering from here again!

When I ordered I was told 1.10 , 2 hours later When I chased the owner was very rude to me , Turns out even though they had my address and postcode they were trying to deliver to the wrong address. No apology , no food. Plenty of better service in Thatcham.

Waited 2 and a half hours for food, for the guy on the phone to be very rude. No apology just said he would refund 3 back off our next order. Certainly won't be ordering again!

Ordered at 7:20pm, Just Eat said delivery estimation of 45 minutes for delivery. Once payment was processed, was then confirmed a delivery time for an hour and a half later at 8:45. Understanding that its a busy night, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. 8:45 came and went. Used the button on the just eat website to ask for an update when food is late. Update was that the kitchen was unusually busy. Called the restaurant at 9. They told me 'sorry, it will be 10 minutes.' I said 'thats fine as long it's no more than 10 minutes'. 20 minutes later I rang back and they said 'sorry, maybe 10 minutes' I said that wasn't good enough and asked where the driver was. He said 'i think he's in thatcham' thats helpful! Food was 45 minutes late and prawns were burnt. Not happy at all. Asked restaurant colleague for a full refund on the last phonecall before it was delivered and he said 'i just spoke to the chef and he said if I do a refund, we need to take the food back' ridiculous. I want a refund
