I Should have written a review along time ago. I was well looked after from the time I walked into the show room by Stuart and every subsequent visit by the service staff. I have done 40000 miles in two years and the car has been faultless. I have always provided with a courtesy car for services. Great car, great service.

I am very impressed with Marshall JLR Newbury. We visited on Sunday 12th July, and were met at the door by a friendly receptionist and Drew the business Manger who took time to talk about our requirements. Drew grabbed the keys to a new Defender, explained the COVID-19 precautions, and let us take time to look around the Defender in the show room at our leisure. Elliot (Sales) joined us later, and we discussed my specific requirements, ending PCP and my Disco 4 trade in. Whilst explaining to Elliot that I wanted a Defender SE, with Leather packs, Panoramic sunroof, black roof rails, winter pack & tow bar etc Elliot was delighted to tell us he had a cancelled order out the back and available for immediate delivery! The vehicle was brought into an in door area for the family and I to look at , and we quickly choose to proceed with the purchase. My trade in was examined, figures were agreed and I signed for the Defender there and then! We left for home in shock at having purchased a new car, and having avoided a long wait for a Defender to be built! I picked up the car 3 days later, with a Lego Defender on the back seat for Henry, he was delighted as was I. We love the car, it's a greatly improved and smoother ride to the Disco 4 and the technology is incredible. I look forward to the next few years with the Defender and who knows this one maybe a keeper! Thank you Marshall JLR for a great customer experience, and for some fantastic customer service. Elliot & Drew were brilliant and in total contrast to my previous JLR dealer who I visited the day before! A lovely quiet show room, time to browse around the cars, no pressure sales environment and just a great experience when purchasing the new Defender. Thank you Darren
