Booking online only at the moment. Walking through the main gates was a little off putting as it was like a scrap yard. But once through that it was better. Due to the government scheme we had a very reasonably priced meal for 4, which would have cost 40 but came to 19 and it was very tasty, social distancing while eating was provided. The sun was out when we arrived so we were able to go out on the peddle boats. The climbing frames and slide were brilliant fun as were the go carts. The animal feeding was conducted with social distancing so no one missed out. After about 2 hours the heavens opened and it poured down. But that didn't stop the kids having fun for another hour whilst I sat under a gazebo. The grounds and shop flooded so it was a sharp retreat back to the car. As a mum I dont think It's great value for money, as other activity places offer more but at the moment because of government help with food it made it reasonable. Also after 4 months stuck inside it was worth it. As a child my lot thought it was great,even with the rain.

Absolutely amazing! Never been here before and not sure why because it's so good! All the staff are super friendly. We went for the Santa trip and can honestly say we were shocked at how good it was. Your there for about 2 hours with different acts and places you walk to on your journey to find Santa. The staff are funny and keep within their characters. They get the parents and children involved. A novel little hot chocolate and brownie snack mid way. When you get to Santa it's not rushed and he really makes an effort with the children and what he knows about them. Even the presents are good standard. We will definatley be coming back again next year and if you have been I would highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing experience

Fabulous day out. We were so impressed with how well the staff are coping during this pandemic, hand sanitisers dotted everywhere. Everyone had a smile & made the day. The ranger on the tractor was so lovely, the dinotrainer was so entertaining! The staff look like they have as much fun as the kids (& adults). We loved our day. 4kingdoms is a firm favourite. Simply cannot recommend this place enough. Awesome park, amazing staff throughout. 5*

Excellent! Children super excited, happy happy day. Superb staff, all the actors at mini shows did great job, very entertaining and catchy. Nice set up indoors, warm and cosy. For the price paid got much more than could expect. Build a bear soft plush teddy for both girls, also free toy of choice on exit, from Father Christmas himself. Great experience for all family. free tip: when ordering tickets, spend some time filling in details about your kids preferences. Favourite movie or friends names, toys, etc. Was quite dubious about this myself in beginning, but glad i did put in some info there. Thank me later.

Everything was perfect, thank you to all the staff. It was absolutely hilarious in places and I got picked for the elf band and even though no one else could see or hear us she was still in character and it was brilliant!!! I absolutely loved it, brought out the magic in Christmas for sure, the kids were blown away that the bear and reindeer knew stuff about them. Best Santa ever and even got to pet slinky the ferret.. well done to you guys, real thought and effort has been put in to it, your staff are quick and witty to deal with random situations caused by the questions from the kids, lack of answers in awkward moments when they're shy and also the really obnoxious annoying kid from one of the other families, a few times he almost ruined it and your staff completely turned it around!
