Thank you! The step to switch from upright/tools position to regular vacuuming went. I popped along and they fixed it there and then for nothing - just slipped it back into place. Took the gentleman a few seconds, but I couldn't have done it at all. No charge! Will definitely be using them from now on for servicing, repairs etc. Polite, helpful and know their stuff.
