Really Honest Company. I bought a Touran from Tim at thames valley cars at the end of October. I stupidly overpaid by 400 on the bank transfer. He spotted it and called me up to let me know, not everyone would be so honest. The customer service was excellent, I went in one day and the car was ready to be picked up the next. And most importantly I’m really pleased with the car.
