Find Thames building supplies very helpful, delivery always on time and correct. I have my deliveries down a services alley for my back garden and a few other companies in the past have complained and even cancelled the order because they don't want to have to reverse into the service alley. My last few deliveries (by driver John) have had no problems what so ever, and he's more than willing to ensure my items are perfectly placed. Would recommend

Pricing wasn’t the cheapest but after a bad experience else where I would only advise my customers to buy here, great service and knowledgable staff
BEWARE VERY RUDE: They quoted me 1 price on the phone, then charged more when i got there, they were rude saying i must of miss heard. It was a small amount I couldn't be bothered to argue so i paid and was loading up when a senior member of staff asked what i was doing and said it was the same as theft. When I pointed out it couldn't be theft as i'd already paid he was even more rude. Avoid they don't like a certain type of customers.
