Unity health is awful one of the worst surgerys you will come across, you can't get through one because they love to sit and chat instead of answering the phone, 2 you can't get through cause the line is so busy, then when you do get through you can't get a telephone call or appointment because most the time there is only one doctor working! So most the time they want you to see a nurse which is no good. The receptionist are so rude especially Anna wynburne always rude on the phone and in person awful place
Very disappointed with this surgery. I'm disabled with multiple disabilities and illnesses but to either get an appointment or get a receptionist is IMPOSSIBLE! so under staffed its stupid.
