Since coming to Bangkok I have worked directly with the Thai Immigration Office in all matters relating to my passport and visas. In every case I got accurate service but had to spend many hours--even days--waiting for service from the overworked staff there. They were fine to deal with, but even with relatively simple matters I had to invest an entire day waiting in various lines--and dealing with hordes of people--to get even simple tasks done correctly. Then a colleague of mine from Australia introduced me to the Thai Visa Centre--and what a difference!! Their staff was friendly and accommodating and took care of all the bureaucratic forms and processes quickly and efficiently. And, best of all, I did not have to invest time and money in making endless trips to the immigration office!! The staff of the Thai Visa Centre was always easy to contact, they gave me quick and accurate answers to my questions, and managed all aspects of the visa renewal process with friendly efficiency. Their service covered all aspects of the complex visa renewal and modification quickly and efficiently--and their prices were reasonable. Best of all, I never had to leave my apartment or go to the Immigration Office!! Dealing with them was a pleasure and worth the modest costs. I strongly recommend their service to any expat dealing with all aspects of the visa process! The staff are highly professional, responsive,reliable, and professional. What a great discovery!!!

Thai Visa Centre has been of tremendous and timely service since I first got in touch with them. They have good knowledge and can assist no matter how difficult a case it is but, of course, within the guidelines of the law. But they can go out of their way to get you the best results in the shortest possible time. They also offer subsidized service from time to time and they have a great networking especially on the LINE id. I have already been recommending them and I know people on my groups and fb ask for their link. Please note that I don't get a commission or any perks from them. But I recommend them genuinely for their worth and the service they provide.
