We like a lot eating out. Last night we visited this fine place which friends told us about. We spent a beautiful evening there with fine cooking and a professional stuff and a talented cuisine. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will certainly come back very soon. We highly recommend.
Three stars because this place is shockingly inconsistent. If you order on a peak evening, ie Fri/Sat, the food is excellent. If you order on a Monday, prepare yourself for a shocker. I feel like this is one of those restaurants that outsources the cooking on certain evenings. There is no way the same kitchen cooked the last two meals Ive received from ThaiThai. Order and hold your breath...
Great food and service. We placed an order online and rang the restaurant to ask them to make our food spicy. The staff were very accommodating to our requests. The food was cooked to perfection and delivered promptly. Highly recommended!
Two stars is generous. The service here was interesting to say the least. Not slow, just interesting. A query about whether the tortillas were made of corn or wheat resulted in mass confusion and an unnecessary comment about the chef not speaking English. Loud fiesta style pop music assaults your ears while you dine, not really conducive to a good meal. Luckily, what you get here is not a good meal. It's stodgy, mushy and uninspiring. The house wine was undrinkably vinegary. My other half's tacos were stale and had a strange fishy taste - accompanied by a bowl of chopped onions (alongside an onion salad) presumably masquerading as salsa. See pictures for details. The least said about the cocktail menu the better. Although, after a few of those the food may have become acceptable. As it is I feel somewhat aggrieved about having spent nearly 30 on a pile of melted cheese, soggy tortillas, stale tacos and rice.
