Lovely atmosphere, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good customer service and great table service. Food was well presented, hot and tasted great. No complaints really. Nice place for a spot of lunch.

Good atmosphere as normal for a TGI. The music is a tad loud, but I think I was quite close to a speaker to be fair. Food was good. Staff were brilliant and they looked after my son really well for his birthday

I have to say I am so disappointed with my visit to this branch of TGI'S. I have no criticism of the staff, they were excellent very attentive, however the food leaves alot to be desired. We last visited some years ago when the menu appeared to be more extensive and the food served a higher quality, I appreciate that covid has caused a big disruption to this industry, however certain standards have slipped at this particular branch. We both feel that a return visit is highly unlikely as we could get far more value for money at the local pub restaurants. TGI is no longer a special destination.

nice place kitchen with lots of bread and potatoes. the staff is polite and fun congratulations on his birthday. The birthday boy gets a hat from balloons, a piece of cake with a candle and a cheerful congratulatory song.

Everything about our visit was great, including food, drinks and service. It's a bit pricier than some other American-style casual dining chains but the improvement in the quality of the experience is well worth it. The staff at the Coventry branch are especially friendly and efficient and we always have a great time and leave happy (and usually very full!).
